As volleyball season is well underway, there is no doubt that both the girls and the coaches brim with excitement. This is the first time UME has ever had seniors playing on the team. Senior Bethany Hinton described what is unique about this season. “The team is more connected and has more ‘chemistry.’ We have gotten more used to Coach J.” In reference to goals, she said hers were “to keep putting forth effort and finishing this season strong!”

From the game on Thursday, the team has shown a great deal of improvement since the beginning of the season. Chisholm Trail has always been a formidable opponent and the UME girls succeeded in beating them this year!
